Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ojo does not do a good job of recognizing people's contributions. I also feel like I am vastly underpaid compared to other people with my same position at other companies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Would like more planning and milestone development as a team to have clearer expectations and know that we are on track to meet them.

Increased diversity in leadership/management -- there's a substantial difference in diversity across individual contributors vs management/executive
