What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very personsble and easy to approach
They are inspirational and make things happen
Openness to onboard the whole company to participate in any improvement effort
they are transparent and approachable

Salary for pre-MBA team leaders and managers is above market and comparable to post-MBA salary at other firms
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Women are paid less and promoted at a lower rate compared to men
People working with data are paid less than consultants but they do the same job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Commitment, trust, and expertise across several departments
They are open minded, trustworthy and motivated
The firm is full of smart, capable, and driven individuals who feel ownership over what they do. People are collaborative and have a get-things-done attitude.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are genuinely very kind
It is based on excellence and delivery, which makes it a very efficient workplace to be a part of.
Although the company is client-oriented, it takes care of all the people
The company culture is engaging, motivating and inclusive!
We are often hired to put out fires, but managers tend to be flexible wherever possible. Given the nature of our work, managers strive to the best with the hand they are dealt by clients.
