I love this company. Great leadership and culture. Fully-remote employees are embraced. There are some issues with the Agile implementation around lack of pairing/tasking but everyone is interested in learning and adapting. We have many incredibly bright developers.

Very high level of talent. Many thorough people with a good work ethic.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Technically difficult, which allows filtering out mediocre programmers. Video meeting allows insight into candidate's thought processes.
