What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Among my coworkers there is generally open communication, but accountability is lacking. Clear expectations for each role are hazy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People feel intense pressure to work long hours, because it's "the culture". Project planning includes the expectation of all-nighters.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership, strategic planning, and executive vision and communication are poor. It feels like no one know what is on the horizon.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Morale is low. The pay is not good. The hours are long. The fringe benefits do not make up for it. People run themselves into the ground.
