Robert S. McAnnally — Senior Vice President of Operations at ONE Gas

Mr. Robert S. McAnnally, also known as Sid, has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at ONE Gas, Inc. since March 16, 2015. Mr. McAnnally serves as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Kansas Gas Service Company, Inc. and Texas Gas Service Company, Inc. He served as the President of Leadership Alabama. He served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service at Alabama Gas Corporation, where he was responsible for all customer-facing activities of Alabama Gas, including extension of new services. He served as a Vice President of External Affairs at Energen Corp. from August 24, 2009 to September 2012 and Energen Resources Corporation. He was responsible for corporate development and strategic planning, governmental affairs and communications for Energen and all subsidiaries, as well as the Energen Foundation. He was the Leader of the Governmental and Regulatory Affairs practice group at the law firm of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C., He was responsible for Energen's governmental affairs at the local, state and federal levels, corporate communications economic development and the Energen Foundation. He serves as a Director of Leadership Alabama, a Director of Children's Hospital of Alabama and has served on the boards of numerous civic and professional organizations. He served as a Director of the Business Council of Alabama, the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama and the United Way of Central Alabama. He has served as a member of the Leadership Council of the American Gas Association and has been active in industry organizations including the Southern Gas Association. Mr. McAnnally has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University and a J.D. from the University of Alabama.
