The best part of the compensation package is the catered lunches. While it would be easy to point to any other of the benefits, the catered lunches help create a great work environment where people talk at lunch about there day. Its also nice to not have to make a lunch everyday and have more time.

Compared to other companies, the compensation packages are lackluster. However, there are benefits that One Planet Ops offers that most other companies do not, including a full stocked kitchen + catering, community service days, generous holiday breaks, and the ability to work remotely on occasion.

Most of us are underpaid compared to the rest of our peers in the office and rest of the industry. The everyday perks that are given doesn't pay for bills, rent, etc. On top of being underpaid, most of us are undervalued. Favoritism among supervisors is big in this company, seems religion is too.
