The relaxed work environment. Although there is a lot of work to be done, no one micro manages you. As long you complete your responsibilities, no one will complain about you coming late/ leaving early, taking more breaks, etc. Unless it causes you to fall behind.
People & purpose. The people who work here are the most incredible individuals I've had the privilege of working with. The higher purpose and company values are inspiring and motivating.

My coworkers are all good people with big hearts. We take the time to get to know one another and hang out outside of the office. My work is also very reward in that all of the brands have their own charitable causes they support.
