My overall experience with the company through the last 3 years working there have been great. It great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for there work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in there field of work.

The best things about my team is the openness of the group to hear other people out and help others. Going back to freedom to somewhat manage your job the team is always there for bi weekly meeting to check in and help each other out

The most positive part about the company culture is an overall feel about people looking out for each other. An example while working from home is a 30 minute time set aside per weak where people just talk about how there week has been unrelated to work.

The best part of the compensation package is the catered lunches. While it would be easy to point to any other of the benefits, the catered lunches help create a great work environment where people talk at lunch about there day. Its also nice to not have to make a lunch everyday and have more time.
