The interview process involved not just executives but members of the team I would be joining, and everyone devoted a significant amount of time for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a really comprehensive health coverage plan for families as well as profit sharing in the business. It makes me feel more connected to the company's success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is committed to community service and having a welcoming, constructive environment. We want fellow team members to succeed, so there are often volunteers to stay late and help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse team that is 60% women, so we have plenty of viewpoints and great collaborative sessions. Most employees have been with the company for 3 years or more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entire C-suite is very transparent with the entire global team. Every Monday, we have a company-wide meeting where we get reports on the state of the business. Nothing is held back. The executives also participate in all social events and community service projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are all good people with big hearts. We take the time to get to know one another and hang out outside of the office. My work is also very reward in that all of the brands have their own charitable causes they support.
