I love seeing how the strategies and initiatives we implement have a positive impact on our internal and external customers. It really feels like we're making a change for the greater good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's just no change every time we do these surveys. We have to pay for parking - if we get selected in lottery. It's dangerous here, parking outside is risky.
I just wish everyone cared as much as I do about putting out great work. Not just doing enough to get by.

I am tired of doing my teams work and not allowed to do performance evals, because they are "new." Even though 98% of them have been here longer than a year.
