Generous leave accommodations. Employees are encouraged to take fully paid STD when needed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of hours you work and the headaches you have to deal with from the customers isn't worth it. Branch employees do the jobs of every department but are paid not nearly enough. Make the VIP structure make sense, don't hold us accountable for things we cannot control

They literally pay as little as we can possibly pay you. The management is a joke. Most are not highly educated and they have no people skills.
