Old school style management! Just shut and do what you are told!

Branch employees are treated like grunts even though they are the ones creating the most value in the company. Long hours, horrible customers, unrealistic goals that you have no control over that affect your income and job security

Worked there over 15 years and it got worse every year. They literally have no idea what they are doing and the unwritten rule is you work Saturdays. If they could, they would have you work seven days a week. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Overall, I've had a very positive experience. I've had a new set of challenges and experiences every day

They are transparent and honest, provide clear goals for the company and are open to employee suggestions. They address many employee issues in a regular communication stream and have regular company wide meetings to ensure each employee feels involved

Realizing their employees are not disposable!

They need to learn how to tell it like it is! Sadly, upper level has no idea what mid and lower level is doing and they have no idea how Inept they truly are. Everyone is frightened, on a daily basis, about losing their job. You are one bad month away from getting fired

Generous leave accommodations. Employees are encouraged to take fully paid STD when needed

The amount of hours you work and the headaches you have to deal with from the customers isn't worth it. Branch employees do the jobs of every department but are paid not nearly enough. Make the VIP structure make sense, don't hold us accountable for things we cannot control

They literally pay as little as we can possibly pay you. The management is a joke. Most are not highly educated and they have no people skills.

Good manager and good team. Smart people.

Most coworkers are great people and hard workers who are eager to learn and contribute

They are all hard-working employees who are just working for a terrible company. The morale is very low amongst everyone.

My teammates are efficient and helpful, but also considerate and willing to step in when needed

The comradery between coworkers is what keeps you going

There is really nothing very positive about the day-to-day work environment other than dealing with your coworkers

The company's leadership team tries hard to be inclusive off all different cultures and ideas. We celebrate holidays from different countries and religions and honor time off as needed for religious obligations.

Very informal, even though they try to play it off as formal

They were very accommodating and informative. This was my first job out of college, so I was new to the corporate world and it's processes. My interview team helped me along the way

Have educated human resource individuals do the interviewing

Knowing you get a steady commission check each month if your staff is effective at selling insurance

The interactions with my coworkers

They are literally throwing money at customers that have no means to repay the loans they are given. Their risk model is truly a joke! Instead of using the proven FICO score, they have created their own scoring system that is subpar.
