Raises are very small and can be several years between them. Turn over seems to be high due to this.
Need to implement a 401k match
If 401k match existed. If there were raises. If we were paid similar to other companies.
Just a bunch of gossip there is no constructive work to improve anything
Stop stretching everyone so thin. Pay people what they are worth. Talk is cheap. Show your appreciation through raises. Our salary is why we work.

We are owned by a stingy private equity. That culture trickles down. What was a great group of companies is now a sad mess.
