The embracing of change. As a growing company, we always are going to have change. So it's important that we have a team that embraces change and sees it as an opportunity to improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and understanding. They acknowledge we work in a very demanding environment but they always communicate their appreciation and they consistently re-invest wins in the team. The leadership team also provides very clear messaging from the top down.
