What makes you most happy at work?
I'm learning new things on a really consistent basis which is going to allow me to grow my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're available to participate on pretty much every level. As a recruiter, knowing that leaders will take time for you speaks volumes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone that is hired shares the same vision. The leadership team is dedicated to following through on that vision. We are flexible and can adapt to pretty much any situation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In total, the base + benefits + paid time off. One without the other isn't quite the same. If base was higher then the others could would be less of a factor.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That the flew me in from Nashville and then held an honest negotiation and paid me what I feel like the job was worth. My previous company did not do that and it feels good to work for an employer that does.
