I've worked for onsolve for 14years now. The first three in my new position I was not allowed to have an annual pay increase because "I made more" than my team-members. I did not find this fair as I have put in the years and time. Then this year I only receive 2% increase when I heard most receive 3

Mid term billing compensation being taken away was disappointing, we do our best everyday to retain these clients and provide the best service to them year after year. There is little incentive to get them to sign a longer term now that midterm billings have been removed.
