The fact that we arent micro managed. We are trusted to do our work and we do it. Were given respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all truly like a big family. We care if the other is going through a hard time or struggling. Its give and take. We have each others backs and dont have employee gossip and drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team understands that life happens. We have good days, bad days and sometimes family issues. We are looked at as a full person rather than just a cog in a wheel. At ChartSwap, we are a family even though we are mostly all remote.
