I have the stress of two positions but I'm only being paid for one.
What makes you most happy at work?
My semi flexible work schedule, I was able to work with my manager to work the hours that best work for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It really feels like there is no judgement no matter how long you've been with the Company and the common goal is to work together.
