What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to doing my job everyday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think a raise would make me feel more valued especially for the position that I am in with the company. I think this assessing my duties and the level of effort I put in I should get $25/hr.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that the leadership team is doing its best to be as transparent and honest as possible, however, I feel that the leadership had made questionable decisions especially as it relates to some of the biggest carriers which could be detrimental to the longevity of Ontellus.
