If I received a reasonable pay rare and health insurance would be less expensive it would be the perfect job for me.

Co-workers and executives/managers interact in a friendly, respectful manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love my manager, once I earned my manager's trust I am allowed to work with minimal supervision and make certain decisions, which, in my opinion, increases production.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower health insurance premiums and reasonable pay rate increases. Health insurance is extremely expensive and with the pay rate, a few pennies above new hire rates the take home pay is very little.
