Have now been with the company for 16+ years so have seen a lot of changes and growth. It is exciting to be a part of this change and growth and to have a small part in that process. Of course, there are some hard times but overall this has been a very positive and rewarding time for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together. We are a team that helps where and when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the new approach of sharing information with the employees. Feel this builds interest in the company and confidence and trust in our leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never had an issue with the package except for the non-approved drugs. Wish there was a way to get better answers on those questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing what I have accomplished at the end of the day. Hearing a client say thank you or knowing my co-workers can come to me with questions/answers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always feel challenged to help either another co-worker or our clients. Good feeling when I know that I was able to answer a question, right answer so forward progress could be made.
