I have been with Ontellus for almost 7 years. I have seen this company grow immensely. We've had some highs and we've had some lows. Overall Ontellus is a great company to work for. There are many opportunities available for advancement, to learn and to grow. I love it here!

The compensation package really does take into consideration those individuals with children.

I love the open communication and transparency. I feel comfortable in expressing my concerns and have confidence that they are being taken seriously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are so very diverse. Ontellus does not discriminate nor does it treat it's employees unfairly. We are all inclusive and the environment is light hearted.

My team and I communicate very well. I am well respected as their supervisor. They have full faith and confidence in me that I will always have their best interest at heart. I get along with everyone that I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I'm helping others and achieving goals. It makes me feel really good when my team is successful and they take so much pride in what they do. Their confidence in their abilities gives me assurance that I'm doing something right as a leader.
