The recent monthly meetings have been nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In the past I would be happy with coming to work. Now I feel anxious and stressed since half our team has been let go. The extra work is hard.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It can be very surprising how little other departments do not understand the overall process and can't understand what other departments do and how it effects them or how they not doing something correctly or following the established process makes problems down the line.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I accepted my recent position part of the compensation was the potential to receive an end of the year bonus based on meeting specific goals. 1. I have never received any sort of goal to work to and 2. never have received any bonus nor feedback on why I wouldnt receive one. It is an empty promi
