Better structure is needed, more leadership less divide
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay is very low especially when we are short staffed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there is a huge divide within departments and not enough structure. People seem to be task extra work helping other departments but are not doing things properly causing more work. I think just overall team building as well
