Overall, although I am new, I feel working here has been a pivotal moment in my life. I have work/life balance. I enjoy being at work and I value my co-workers and leadership. I feel they are part of the glue that makes this company great to work for and with.

I feel everyone is accepted and valued for their unique personality and character.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home and having a flexible ability to carve my own days. It has been mentally helpful for me and my family life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits here are so much better then some other employers benefits packages. I feel the sick time, vacation time and the focus on employee mental health is very important and valued at Ontellus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and willingness to involve all employees no matter their department or title; is paramount moving into the future employment industry for retention. I feel the leadership at Ontellus has this vision, and they not only speak of it, they act on it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are a can do, positive outlook type of personalities. We may be different in various ways, but overall, we look forward to our days. I don't get to interact as often as I'd like (I work from home), but when I do, I always feel heard and enjoy speaking with my coworkers.
