my coffee maker and that i can decorate my desk for the holidays

Almost everyone is very nice and we go out of our way to help each other out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance expense is way too high I know that is not the company's fault but I also feel like the base pay is too low i mean if i did not make incentive i could make the same amount working at Walmart
