All companies have their issues but I enjoy working for the Company for the most part. It's a challenging but good experience not cookie cut and I like that.

They honor all cultures and send info about it to inform us
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel comfortable with asking my leads for help and my co-worker. We are truly a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They constantly keep us updated on what's going on so we may know the best way to go about doing our job in keeping us breast of any changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living has gone up tremendously so an increase would be good, dept bonus/perk, Christmas Bonus, or paid garage parking or perks given to help reduce the cost some.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate a lot to get the job done. If someone has any questions we just shoot a dept teams and whoever knows the answer will respond. this help to limit time on getting things processed.
