My team genuinely likes working together and has a high level of respect for each other. All voices are heard and differing opinions are encouraged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company is dedicated to making sure people are paid current market rates. Compensation includes a bonus that is directly tied to things under my control.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was constant communication from the recruiter so I always knew where I was in the process. The interview was a deep conversation about my skills and experience and what I am looking for in a job, career, and team. There were no brain-teaser questions or attempts to trip me up.
