welcoming, willing to step in, no egos...and we have a lot of fun!

equity - I really believe in the value proposition and future growth of this company so I'm excited to have a stake in the company at this stage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Assumption of positive intent, inclusivity, and the energy and engagement from execs down on real business issues. Also can't undersell how we have fun amidst working really fast and hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, honest, candid. We seem to move fast, and everyone seems to assume positive intent and is aligned on the most critical goals. Very excited about the future of this company, and at the execs who are at the helm of charting our growth path.
