How employees describe working at OpenSpace
Overall OpenSpace has been a great place to work. It is a culture forward company with strong innovation and Sales Leadership. They could do more benefits wise to support employees. There are some politics within the Marketing Org that are detrimental to the overall success of the org.
Super hectic. It feels like the worst aspects of a corporate waterfall structure are combines with the worst painpoints of a small startup. Founders constantly breath down your neck, either literally, or by proxy through the top heavy structure. No flexible hours. Mediocre pay.
