The overall culture of the organization is very strong. The people are what really make OpenSpace what it is.

Find educational resources about team work. Attend a team building event.

Apply the core values, dont just stick them into a power point presentation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very natural interview process - no structured questioning or STAR questioning. Holistic interview approach that was looking at whether the individual was a good fit for the company.

Read "cracking the coding interview"
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the positive collaboration they have cross-functionally.
Tech stack. But it makes me content, not happy.
