- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Involving interns in more interesting tasks. Giving feedback to the interns. The mentor needs to get more cooperative/friendly/patient/respectful in case of upcoming questions regarding the given tasks.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Internship positons are unpaid and no accomandation or insurance is provided. 30 % of the team consists of erasmus interns who don´t get appreciated for working on tasks which are not valuable for there own professional carreer.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?More face-to-face conversion instead of communicating over hangouts.
