What is the best part about your compensation package?The amount of holidays, bonus, food, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance and recognizing good work. I truly feel valued and am proud to be part of this team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Involving interns in more interesting tasks. Giving feedback to the interns. The mentor needs to get more cooperative/friendly/patient/respectful in case of upcoming questions regarding the given tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Internship positons are unpaid and no accomandation or insurance is provided. 30 % of the team consists of erasmus interns who don´t get appreciated for working on tasks which are not valuable for there own professional carreer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More face-to-face conversion instead of communicating over hangouts.
