What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to connect with my coworkers on a personal level, not just work-level.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My particular interview process was very fast-paced and I as offered a role within one or two days.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone genuinely wants to see one another succeed--whether that is in this company or somewhere else. We all care about one another's growth.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone genuinely wants to help one another and we are practically a family. We will get on calls just to talk and maybe for an extra set of hands while getting work done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am an intern, and therefor do not receive benefits. As an intern, I feel as though I am paid fairly, however, I wish I could have PTO and paid holidays. However, I do not feel as though my work is on the level of an intern--which is why I wish I was making more.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very hands-on, in my experience. Having meetings with the CPO and CEO regularly allow for me to feel as though my voice is heard. Being able to do fun things like yoga with the CEO on a weekly basis also makes me feel as though I am not just a number in this giant company.
