Employee cost of benefits is fairly prices and lower cost than previous firms I worked for. Anthem and other very good providers.

I am getting paid far less the the national average and compare to my team

The annual appraisal seems to not depend on the work you do. Doesn't matter if you do just the required or you put in a good effort to make a contribution for positive change, you get the nominal rise. Hope this trend will change.

I am an intern, and therefor do not receive benefits. As an intern, I feel as though I am paid fairly, however, I wish I could have PTO and paid holidays. However, I do not feel as though my work is on the level of an intern--which is why I wish I was making more.

They are nice people and are willing to help out

Everyone works hard and is very helpful. We truly have as a team. It will be interesting to see if the mergers will make any change. Some of the meetings have projected a "guard your turf" attitude.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

PTO is encouraged and supported.

Lots of permanent work from home positions and locations are 3 days in office and 2 days out depending on the dept.

I liked the relaxed nature of the interview

The recruiting team was swift and reliable. Never ghosted and very thorough. I had 2 interviews with recruiters, 1 with hiring mgr and 1 with director. I applied mid to later April after reading about the company and within a week i was on the interview path and started in June.
