What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Accessibility and Humility are reflected at every level. It is rare to see someone who is proud and snoobish.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process actually evaluated what I could offer the company and the post-interview communication was clear and precise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and is very helpful. We truly have as a team. It will be interesting to see if the mergers will make any change. Some of the meetings have projected a "guard your turf" attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual appraisal seems to not depend on the work you do. Doesn't matter if you do just the required or you put in a good effort to make a contribution for positive change, you get the nominal rise. Hope this trend will change.
