What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open, collaborative, approachable. They see the vision of our Company and have joined together to put the right processes in place to carry out this vision and scale the volume of growth ahead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a passionate group of people who love OTF so the vibe here is very positive. We just built out a beautiful Wellness Center exclusively for our employees as well as a new OTF studio right here in our corporate office which helps us find a great work life balance.
