What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More transparency from the c suite and the CEO as well as investment in current employees salaries and training to retain the talent.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone is concerned for their personal well being and showing off before the executive team, to get on their good side less so with actually being beneficial.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Needs to stop hiring from outside and focus more on developing talent from with in, the turnover of employees is ridiculous. If you are under performing, the C suite will fire you with a snap of finger.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company is based on a younger pool of employees, but due to an older generation of C suite executives, they do not believe people (millenials) should be paid what they are asking for and always using their age as a reason to hold them back from promotions or salary increase.
