The company only vakue you you when you do as told

Listening, respect, collaboration vs. back stabbing
Attention focus and excitement as well as morale
Commitment, respect, trust. Follow up on the agreed objectives

I truly can't tell you anything positive

Trust collaboration engagement and teal interest
More people need to understand purpose
Senior management attitude vs different cultures. Understand that in other countries there are other cultures and way of living

Meeting the board and the ceo
