Come as you are - literally, even if you don't like hot sauce.
I am compensated below the average salary for my position and years of experience in San Francisco where its increasingly becoming a challenge to make ends meet.
The leadership team is accessible, receptive and proactive. There are definitely things they could do better but the beauty of it is that it only bores down to communicating those concerns loud and effectively.
No ridiculous bureaucracy, when meetings go without digressing too much from the original intent, working with grownups who can be childlike but not childish, an endless supply descent of snacks especially plantain chips and cashew nuts.
The technical portion was basically a replication of most parts of my team's scrum processes. It wasn't designed to get you rather expose and engage you with what an average day on the job would look like. All other aspects were necessary formalities.
My team communicates effectively - I particularly like that once my thoughts become words and/or text, It is usually followed by a request for clarification rather than acting on a foolhardy assumption of my remark. A request for clarification is a big big deal
