The leadership team is very transparent about the roadmap - always encouraging employees to learn more about how they can develop their skills, while also helping push the company towards its goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a great mix of people who are not only incredibly talented and hardworking, but respectful of one another. Coworkers check in on one another to make sure you're not overloaded with tasks, and recognize the value of a happy team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises and salaries are not always in line with your work performance. Taking on a new role/responsibility has little to no effect on your salary. I could be getting paid much more somewhere else, but the people make it hard to leave.
