What makes you most happy at work?My coworkers are the best part of my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?People are generous with information and nobody is afraid to try; we foster innovation which requires that sometimes we get to learn from mistakes and celebrate the learning (trial and error is valued). Nobody takes themselves too seriously and everyone is willing to help others.
What did you like most about the interview process?I could see the impact I'd have at the company and could easily imagine the direction my career would grow at Orion (it was exactly what I was looking for).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises and salaries are not always in line with your work performance. Taking on a new role/responsibility has little to no effect on your salary. I could be getting paid much more somewhere else, but the people make it hard to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My compensation was below industry average.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am compensated below the average salary for my position and years of experience in San Francisco where its increasingly becoming a challenge to make ends meet.
