our units are positive when it come to our units, when its over all hospital moral, its very negative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better cheaper benefits, our insurance is expensive, as a fast growing healthcare company they should think about their employees health. let us use our sick days for actual sick days not our pto
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stop making the nurses do everyone else job, let us be nurses again, remember we are running a hospital not a 5 star hotel...sometimes we have to upset the customer to get them well.
