What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel the balance between professional development and remuneration is just right. Easily 20% of my time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They switched out payrate and guaranteed our checks would look the same now i make less than what I was already making

Double work with the current salary

I’m told “get more sales, get more profit” however, I can’t pay anyone to fix an ice machine in or hire peopl

Most staff are represented by unions and have cheaper benefits then the management team. Pay is competitive though.
