I like to work here. I am thinking about leaving the company because of the basic salary. Competitors offer better pay. Average pay is not eight hours a day.

I like the challenges. I like to help people. It feels good if the elevator I maintain is working perfectly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic salary is very low. I do not feel that experience is counted.It is impossible to keep a family.There is a family dinner price between a beginner and an experienced worker.I was very disappointed with the company.
