That's so hard. They are some of the brightest, hardest working, fun-loving people I know. Not only are they co-workers, they are family.

They aren't afraid to take risks and they are constantly thinking about how to make OE a better product and a better place to work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, hands down, but that speaks to the company as a whole too. The fact that we attract the caliber talent that we do is a testament to OE.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
