What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management has been amazing and accommodating, especially with the transition to working from home because of COVID-19. I feel supported and feel like I can come to them with any issues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the flexibility of the work schedule and the trust between employees and management. It makes me want to come to work every day and I feel comfortable in the work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet people I'd be working with and I got a good overview of what my new job would be like. They were very transparent about all the processes and what the job would entail.
