The leadership team is goal oriented. they focus on the safety of the employees.

Current technology is not up to date
Being leaders and stop treating work like it is social media.

health insurance is amazing. plus time off to see the doctor

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
im a salesman that doesnt get a commission
Issues with the boss in training, he needs to learn how to separate being a boss and being socially cool, (even when he actually isn't cool, being in his 50s acting like he is 20 again and letting that affect his work ethic.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Freindly down to earth people trying to live a good life
Great people, smart, polite, goal oriented, always trying to be their best
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keeping personal issues at home and bringing a work only attitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere and the people make it the most positive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Searching for a boss replacement that is not family and who will not run the business into the ground, (this has happened before!)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Put aside family comes first and making employees feel like they can speak about issues without the worry of being fired. If its a work related issue, everyone should be held accountable, no matter who they are.
