Current technology is not up to date

Issues with the boss in training, he needs to learn how to separate being a boss and being socially cool, (even when he actually isn't cool, being in his 50s acting like he is 20 again and letting that affect his work ethic.)

Searching for a boss replacement that is not family and who will not run the business into the ground, (this has happened before!)

Put aside family comes first and making employees feel like they can speak about issues without the worry of being fired. If its a work related issue, everyone should be held accountable, no matter who they are.
