Always open to questions on any day at any time. Very transparent. Look out for my career growth. Treat employees with respect and value their opinions. I couldn't ask for better leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a media network, so everyone is always on and ready to work. We're constantly doing stuff on weekends, and the people I work most closely with never complain if we have to do something on Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights. Everyone is accountable for their work and gets it done.
