I believe we have world class products, and our customers are big fans, which make our jobs easier than if they didn't. I wish we would expand our breadth and make a push into the PC world, as Apple keeps making the ability to upgrade increasingly difficult or impossible.

What are some of the best things about your team?
MOST have a very positive attitude and are willing to assist, even if it's "not their job"
What makes you most happy at work?
I like our product, love the majority of my coworkers, and have a great boss who's overtaxed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately our department isn't eligible for the bonuses, although we are a large contributor to the sales figure the bonuses are based on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team have a CAN DO/whatever it takes attitude! Unfortunately, not all leadership of all departments subscribe to this way of doing things.
